Warning, the pictures below will make you hungry ! I have been watching this franchise for a while now. Last night they had a CC and some of the results are below. I like it as a diverse place to invest in . The restaurant business can have some nice gems come out now and then. Although very small this looks like one we can watch grow for a few years. Spicy Pickle fast casual restaurants announced today its same store sales for the first quarter of 2008 compared to the first quarter of 2007 rose nearly 5%

 
The comparison includes the 16 Spicy Pickle restaurants that were open during both the first quarter of 2007 and the first quarter of 2008. The total revenues of those combined restaurants yielded a 4.64% increase over 2007. Spicy Pickle noted that because these restaurants are owned by franchisees the revenues are not reflected in Spicy Pickle Franchising, Inc.'s consolidated financial statements.

Today, there are 36 Spicy Pickle restaurants open and operating.
