Hybrid Technologies, Inc. is an emerging leader in the development and marketing of lithium-powered products worldwide, announces a successful move toward development of a new cathode material which will be incorporated to a Lithium Ion Polymer Battery that significantly increases operating voltage range and energy density.The company's new Lithium Ion Polymer battery consists of a new cathode material with a "Superlattice Structure" allowing electric vehicles to be driven over 200 miles compared to the current 120 to 140 mile range and operates at a wide voltage range of 4.3V to 2V. The pure material was produced in-house and has been synthesized at an industrial scale.

Hybrid Technologies Expected to Draw Crowds with Exciting High Powered, Eco-Friendly Machines at 2008 Auto Show on March 21-30.
  

The company will unveil their newest LiV(TM) Series of electric-power vehicles at the 2008 New York International Auto Show.

Included in the line up is the first public appearance of the innovative, military LiV(TM) Reaper equipped with an electronic shifting differential. The show model will be fully loaded and armed with a 50-calibre gun and grenade launcher. Hybrid's secret weapon is capable of speeds to 85+ mph and driving a range of 185+ miles and will definitely be a prominent highlight at the show.

The LiV(TM) BULLDOG accommodates 5-passengers with tilt steering and a 3-position winch capable of heavy rear loading. The 40 mph CVT transmission and constant on-board 110V AC battery offers a unique performance feature.

Also premiering at the show is the new LiV(TM) WISE which features the latest technology for a compatible, emission-free compact car with a driving range up to 120 miles - perfect for city living.

The new LiV(TM) Ryder is a custom-built lithium motorcycle completely built in-house at Hybrid Technologies. It features a monster 300 rear tire for the ultimate riding experience. Back by popular demand is the LiV(TM) RUSH which is still turning heads with its 600 horsepower going from 0-60 in seconds. Hybrid is creating a new division to center around a new and exciting LiV(TM) FREE wheelchair line going to market in 2008.

With completion of Hybrid's proprietary designed battery-management systems (BMS), all of the vehicles featured at the 2008 Auto Show are now ready for market.

 Hybrid Produced NASA Smart Car to be Presented Along With Ford Motor Company at State Event
 
As part of Florida's innovative Farm to Fuel Program, headed by the Florida State Department of Agriculture's Charles Bronson, the State of Florida will present a series of alternative fuel vehicles from various manufacturers such as CHEVROLET and FORD to the public. The purpose is to highlight automotive programs aimed at reducing emissions as well as the Farm to Fuel Program.

Hybrid Technologies featured the all-lithium Smart Car produced for NASA at the NATIONAL GOVERNORS SUMMIT ON ALTERNATIVE ENERGY IN TAMPA. This is part of a Government Program initiated by Hybrid to expand its National presence among US Political figures.
