The Company is
based in Athens, Greece and currently owns and operates 3 commercial
locations with 15 full time employees. FMS provides a number of
fleet management solutions in the automotive sector throughout the
country and various parts of the Balkans. The Company was formed as
result of a merger between ABR Bosch Car Services, which was founded
in 1992, and EDC Hellas S.A., which was founded in 1998 by EDC
Holdings. With decades of experience, both companies identified an
opportunity in the automotive market by providing fleet management
services and solutions and subsequently formed FMS S.A. which has
grown 311% in the last 3 years. FMS utilizes authorized dealership
networks and the BOSCH Car Service Network with 120 service
locations in Greece. |

The company announce
today that one of its client companies, ATE Rent S.A. of Athens,
Greece, which specializes in the operation of leasing passenger
cars, has increased the size of its initial contract with FMS by
over 200% in just over 5 months.
The initial contract between FMS and ATE Rent S.A., a Greece-based
financial institution, was signed in August 2009 for the after sales
servicing and management of its fleet of 225 vehicles. Following the
success of the initial contract, ATE Rent S.A. has amended the
contract to include an additional 452 leased vehicles for a total
fleet of 677.

As part of the
agreement, FMS provides full management of the fleet including
accident and breakdown repairs, the provision of replacement
vehicles, and regular and scheduled maintenance. The total value of
the contract is expected to exceed US$800,000. CEO Mr. Alexandris
stated, "We are very pleased with this new contract. It is our way
of showing our shareholders and partners that we are moving in the
right direction."
FMS has already established an impressive list of domestic and
global client companies such as Ethniki Leasing, ATE Leasing & ATE
Rent, Arval, Avis, BMW, Emporiki, Honda, Audi & Volkswagen, Brinks
Security, Speedex Courier, and Atlas Copco among others.

automotive industry’s after sales services and re-marketing relative
to the fleet management of leased vehicles. FMS is continually

fields of the road assistance and the travel insurance. MONDIAL
ASSISTANCE provides its services that are targeting on the
automotive market through B2B agreements. Its customers list
contains almost all the big companies - car manufacturers, and also
insurance companies, leasing companies and banks.

Management |
|
Mr. Kordopatis
has held numerous senior management and executive committee
positions in the National and International banking sectors
throughout his career. From 2004 - 2008 he served as the Deputy
General Manager of the American Bank of Albania, renamed Intesa
SanPaolo-Albania, in Greece. He was reporting directly to the CEO
where he was also a member of the banks Executive Committee,
Management, Personnel, Assets and Liabilities, and Credit
Committees. From 1991-1998 he served as Treasurer for Credit
Lyonnais and was responsible for all Treasury activities such as
Money Market, F/X Bonds, and all types of Securities.
He reported directly to the General Manager and was a member of the
Executive Committee, and Management Committees, while being the
Chairman of the Assets/ Liabilities Committee. Prior to that from
1984-1991 he worked as the Chief Dealer in the Treasury Department
of Credit Lyonnais. He was educated at Morley College in London,
England and currently lives in Athens, Greece with his wife and
child.
Mr. Sardelis has had a distinguished career primarily in the
insurance industry having held Sales Management and Board Member
positions for a number of large companies. From 2007, he served as
the Sales Manager and Board Member for Sofos Insurance S.A. in
Athens, Greece. From 2000 - 2004, he served as a Sales Manager for
Mondial Assistance in Athens, Greece. From 2004 - 2005 he served as
Sales Manager for Oikonomiki Insurance S.A. and as a Consultant for
Malayan Insurance Inc. also located in Athens. He was instrumental
in establishing sales and marketing networks, and developing new
insurance products and software for both companies. From 1992 - 2000
he served as the Commercial Manager of the Hellenic Branch of Europ
Assistance and worked for G.M.C. S.A. - "Mega Shop" Chain Stores in
Athens, Greece from 1991 - 1992, where he was the senior buyer and
head of the Public Sector Team, and responsible for 15 stores in the
country and employee training.
He attended Alexandria University in Egypt from 1981 - 1985 and
received an Industrial Engineering and completed his Masters from
the University in 1990. He is an author in his fields of study and
responsible for numerous publications in computer software and
Industrial engineering fields. He currently resides in Athens,
Greece and is married with child.
